JS Bank Deaf Sports Festival successfully Concludes in Partnership with Pakistan Association of Deaf

The festival took place over four days and comprised of different sports activities like Badminton, Bowling, Cricket and Karate. There were a total of four teams which were Red, Blue, Yellow and Green. The Red team played very enthusiastically and won the Badminton and Cricket tournaments. At the closing ceremony Zaid Haroon, Senior Vice President Corporate Communication for JS Bank presented the trophies and medals to the winning and runner-up teams. He stated that JS Bank has always believed in social cohesion of all members of the society especially the deaf. They have also been supporting the JS Academy for the Deaf, whose first batch of Bachelors of Arts students graduated in 2015.

The event concluded with Mr. Irfan Mumtaz, Co- President of PAD thanking JS Bank for continuing to support the deaf community.
