HumMart brings more convenience for Customers
HumMart has added the category of fresh fruit and vegetables to its portfolio. HumMart an online grocery store went live in April this year. HumMart is continuously expanding its product range and adding new products on a daily basis, and the newest addition is that of a much-needed category of fruits and vegetables.
Speaking on the occasion of bloggers and influencers meet-up at HumMart office, Mr Malik Faisal Qayyum, Co-founder and CEO HumMart said, “Our aim is to deliver convenience to customers at a competitive price. By bringing in high quality fruit and vegetables we have added another layer of convenience for our customers. We are procuring these fruits and vegetables from Sabzi Mandi on the day they are to be delivered. These are hand-picked by trained people to ensure highest quality.
A TV commercial of HumMart was shown to the audience which focused on the convenience factor of receiving grocery at home without any hassle. The CEO shared that HumMart brand essence is all about giving freedom to the customers, so that they can spend their valuable time on other things.
The CEO also shared that HumMart Applications of IOS and Android have gone live. One can download these Apps and start ordering from Apps. Furthermore, HumMart has also started delivering on the same date. Previously the only option available was of next day delivery.
Talking about the payment options the CEO shared that now other than cash on delivery, one can pay through easy paisa as well. Through easypaisa clients can pay through all the major credit cards. More payment options are in the pipeline.
Malik Faisal Qayyum explained the concept of Retailtainment and how HumMart plans to bring retail and entertainment together to create a mood to buy. He shared different examples how HumMart has used entertainment and retail together to increase sales.
The CEO emphasized that online sales potential is huge and HumMart plans to give customers an exceptional shopping experience.
