Eminent Finance and Business specialists to speak at ICAP CFO Conference
Top Notch Luminaries and Eminent business and finance leaders will be speaking at the Annual ICAP CFO Conference being held on March 17 and 19, 2015, at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi and Serena Hotel, Islamabad respectively. There are more than 7000 active members of ICAP in the country. This year, the theme of CFO conference is “Sustaining Excellence, Shifting Gears”.
The welcome address will be delivered by Mr. Yacoob Suttar, President of ICAP whereas the thematic keynote session will feature a presentation titled “Once a Finance Leader, Next the Leader of the Firm. Do the skills translate?” This presentation will be delivered by Fakir Syed Aijazuddin, OBE, FCA and Ex CEO of IGI Insurance. A speaker session titled “How Financial Leaders Pre-empt and Face Future Challenges”, will be conducted by Mr. Charles Tilley, Chairman of Professional Accountants in Business Committee (IFAC) and the Chief Executive Officer of CIMA Global
The Karachi edition on “Family Enterprise” will feature Mr. Abrar Hasan, CEO of National Foods; Mr. Danish Lakhani, Director, Lakson Group; Dr. Zeelaf Munir, Chairperson, English Biscuit Manufacturers; Mr. Mohomed Bashir, Chairman, Gul Ahmed Group; Mr. Samad Dawood, CEO, Dawood Hercules; Mr. Kamal Shah, Chairman, Singer Pakistan Limited and Mr. Khalid Nawaz Awan, Chairman of TCS Group. The Moderator of this session will be Ms. Roshan Mehri, CEO, House of Habib.
