Pakistan blessed with tech innovators: Aamer Ejaz
Pakistan is blessed with a remarkable blend of young and aspiring tech innovators that capitalize on platforms such as the Digital Youth Summit to showcase their ideas.
These views were shared by Aamer Ejaz, Chief Digital Officer, Jazz during the inauguration ceremony of the Digital Youth Summit. The summit, powered by Jazz, is a regular annual joint initiative of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the World Bank along with key local community and academic partners.
Aamer further said that Pakistan’s startup community is thriving and ticks all the boxes that are needed to strengthen the digital economy. “Jazz is committed to fostering a conducive and sustainable digital ecosystem in Pakistan,” Aamer added.
Since its debut in 2014, the summit has focused on empowering the youth in the latest technological trends and the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the country. As one of the leading tech conferences in the country, it attracts large audiences both nationally and internationally consisting of youth, tech enthusiasts, academia, international donors, industry, governments, investors, and civil society.
