TPL Trakker, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPL Corp and Pakistan\u2019s first IoT Company, has inked an agreement with the Department of Agricultural Engineering (DAE), Punjab for the facilitation of technological transformation in the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the partnership, TPL\nTrakker will provide tracking and monitoring services for heavy machinery and\nremote area coverage for DAE across the province enabling greater productivity\nand efficiency in the management of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreement was signed by\nTalha.H.Dawood, Head of Sales at TPL Trakker and Ghulam Siddique, Director\nGeneral, Agriculture Engineering Field, Punjab at the DAE Head Office, Lahore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The attendees also included Khurram\nBaig, Regional Head, Central and Syed Miqdad Ali, Manager, Corporate Sales, TPL\nTrakker as well as Dr. Zikar ur Rehman, Director, Faisalabad\nRegion and Shafiq Ur Rehman, Director, Lahore Region among several others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agricultural sector of Pakistan\nis in need of extensive technological upgrades that cater to the use of\nmachinery as well as the monitoring of areas where farming and other similar\nactivities take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking at the occasion, Talha\nDawood, Head of Sales, TPL Trakker said: \u201cAgriculture forms the backbone of the\ncountry\u2019s economy.
