CarFirst,\nPakistan’s most trusted used car trading platform, and Aman Tech, a leading\nsocial enterprise, joined hands to provide international standard training for\nselected pool of automotive engineers from CarFirst\u2019s Apprenticeship Program.\nThe program was designed to train CarFirst Apprentices, about the technical\naspects of cars, who will be assessed according to government standards and\nwill also receive certifications from Sindh Trade Testing Board (STTB). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
CarFirst\ntogether with the Aman Tech offered participants a unique experience in an\nentrepreneurial, yet structured environment and were exposed to best practices\nof our local and international partner ventures and global offices. The\ntraining was spread across ten weeks, where first eight weeks of training was\ndone at CarFirst and last two weeks were spent at Aman Tech Institute. At Aman\nTech the training was supervised by well-qualified trainers who have hands-on\nexperience of the automotive industry. Along with the technical aspect of\ntraining, the program was also tailored to give CarFirst Apprentices detailed\ninsights into the market dynamics of the automotive industry of Pakistan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Commenting\non this program, Anas Zavary, Head of\nCommercial, CarFirst<\/strong> said: \u201cWe\nstarted CarFirst\u2019s Apprenticeship Program with an intention to create job\nopportunities in the automobile sector. As our auto sector had limited\nskill-set jobs, we thought of creating a program which would open prospects for\nmen and women who have, engineering degrees, automobile industry experience and\nare passionate about cars.
