ELT members will\nalso be visiting corporate customers in various cities to further strengthen\nJazz\u2019s relationship with valued customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program looks to help the ELT to actively empathize\nwith Jazz\u2019s team members who are at the front end of delivering service to the customers\nand gain a firsthand perspective on how they can be empowered to serve the customers\nand the business better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The F2F program kicked off with Jazz\u2019s CEO Aamir\nIbrahim visiting experience centers in Multan and Faisalabad last month. This\nwas then followed up with President of Digital Financial Services (VEON) Nadeem\nShaikh, and Jazz\u2019s Chief Legal Officer Saima Kamila Khan\u2019s visit to franchises\nand experience centers in various areas of Karachi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer Obsession is one of the key values at Jazz,\nwhich enables the largest telecom operator in Pakistan lead the market in a fast\nchanging digital landscape. Identifying and innovating around the evolving\ncustomer needs is a constant endeavor at Jazz, which is not only manifest in\nits customer service operations, product development, technology investments\nand contextual customer engagement practices, but also in the commitment of the\nleadership across the board towards customer centricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following her visits to the experience center and\nfranchises in Karachi, Saima Kamila Khan stated, \u201cAt Jazz, we are dedicated to\nproviding the finest services to our customers. Our primary goal is to\ndigitalize the customers\u2019 lifestyle by enabling flexibility, productivity, and\nmost importantly, connectivity.
