{"id":6562,"date":"2019-06-11T08:59:05","date_gmt":"2019-06-11T08:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.digitaldips.pk\/?p=6562"},"modified":"2019-06-24T09:25:51","modified_gmt":"2019-06-24T09:25:51","slug":"pakistani-startup-tello-talk-wins-a-spot-in-googles-demo-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.digitaldips.pk\/index.php\/2019\/06\/11\/pakistani-startup-tello-talk-wins-a-spot-in-googles-demo-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Pakistani Startup Tello Talk Wins A Spot In Google&#8217;s Demo Day Asia Finals In Bangkok"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lilymedtech.com\/en\/\">imaging device for early breast cancer detection<\/a> to making solar energy more accessible while improving education opportunities for kids, there were a large number of top-notch startups with impactful ideas that applied to be part of Google\u2019s second <a href=\"https:\/\/events.withgoogle.com\/demoday\/\">Demo Day Asia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, we\u2019re pleased to welcome\neleven startups from around the APAC region as finalists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among them are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tellotalk.com\/\">Tello Talk<\/a>, a startup incubated at <a href=\"https:\/\/thenestio.com\/\">The Nest i\/o<\/a> &#8212; an\ninstant messaging application that allows people to exchange messages, interact\nin group chats, use push-to-talk feature for walkie-talkie functionality, share\nimages and files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The finalists will travel to Bangkok next\nmonth where they\u2019ll take part in our Google for Startups Demo Day at the <a href=\"https:\/\/summit.techsauce.co\/\">Techsauce Global Summit<\/a>. As part\nof this, they\u2019ll experience three days of mentorship, programming and\nnetworking to help them grow their businesses.
