The national and\ninternational delegates, and honorable guests included Federal Minister for\nForeign Affairs, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Federal Minister for Finance &\nEconomic Affairs, Asad Umar, Federal Minister & Adviser to Prime Minister\non Commerce, Textile, Investment and Industries & Production, Abdul Razak\nDawood, and the Minister of State for HRD & Overseas Pakistanis, Syed\nZulfikar Abbas Bukhari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOrganizations have\nnow adopted an approach of diversity and inclusion which nurtures the skills\nand abilities of individuals regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religion,\ndisability, education, and national origin, transforming them into the leaders\nfor tomorrow,\u201d said Fatima Asad Said. \u201cOrganizations today need to attract the\nright talent with the best minds and skills through continuous trainings\u201d, she\nadded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Federal Minister for\nFinance & Economic Affairs, Asad Umar said, \u201cThere is no shortcut to induct\ntalent into the system. Even in the public offices now, the policy makers are\nappointed solely on the basis of merit, skills and abilities to perform well in\ntheir domain.\u201d He added, \u201cPolitical affiliations do not matter anymore and only\nquality professionals make it to the top who possess the required skill set.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
