The employment forums are robust platforms which can enable revolutionary enrichments in the society, by empowering the youth, to find effective solutions for the various challenges faced by the society. Microsoft aims to bring Partners together with the NGO\u2019s, Private Academia and Donors to create fresh opportunities for the youth, to play a key role in nation-building.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6390573734MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Rozgar.workis a pioneering\u2018Employability and Entrepreneurship\u00a0Portal\u2019 by Microsoft, launched in collaboration with \u2018World Vision\u2019, aimed at\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">providing Pakistani job-seekers with end-to-end career guidance, up skilling, job-matching and mentorship \u2013 all centred on a free online hub that brings the best resources together in a bold attempt to address unemployment and underemployment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6390573734m_-7521919551936303265m_-8221200328512492277gmail-MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u2018Tech4Good\u2019 and \u2018What Makes Next\u2019 are also few of Microsoft\u2019s initiative having the objective of\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">inspiring higher productivity through the use of revolutionary technologies and to create fresh opportunities for organization and individuals.\u00a0The Employability platforms nurtures the essential ingredients for Workforce Development, and helps the youth in becoming employed or self-employed<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6390573734MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Microsoft also aims to connect the Microsoft Solution partners with the NGOs\/INGO\u2019s, Private Academia and Donors, ultimately benefiting all segments by aligning each other efforts. In this wonderful initiative, around About 40 NGOs, 40+ Partners and 10 Private Academia gathered to explore the future possibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv6390573734MsoNormal\"><span class=\"yiv6390573734m_-7521919551936303265m_-8221200328512492277gmail-apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ms. Laura Sheridan \u2013at\u00a0United Nations Developmental Program (UNDP)\u00a0 participated in the Islamabad event and stated: \u201cWe are really excited to be a part of this wonderful and pioneering initiative with Microsoft.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">UNDP is the UN&#8217;s global development network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. It is definitely an insightful forum which will bring together the corporate companies with the NGO\u2019s and Academia to work on more wonderful projects in the future.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1498893500123_10576\" class=\"yiv6390573734MsoNormal\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1498893500123_10582\" lang=\"EN-US\">Ms. RohmaLabeeb &#8211; Grants Coordinator at Human Development Foundation said: &#8220;This is a great initiative taken by Microsoft which is directly in correlation\u00a0with the mission of HDF, to empower communities and individuals with the tools and resources needed to achieve and sustain a better way of life.
