Apple\u2019s iPhone 6S and 6S-Plus were released in September last year while the Samsung\u2019s Galaxy S7 and S7-EDGE were announced in March this year with exciting and attractive Virtual Reality (VR) offer.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3627\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3626\">But, the bad news for Samsung is that Apple is still dominating the customer satisfaction ranking. 88% of Apple\u2019s customers stick to the iPhone and don\u2019t change their brand. On the other hand, 86 percent of Samsung\u2019s customers intend to stay loyal.\u00a014% of the people who purchase Apple\u2019s iPhone devices used Samsung previously. Only 5% of the Samsung\u2019s sales came from people switching away from Apple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3629\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3628\">The reason for this difference is the fact that people get a lot of options available when they decide to change Apple\u2019s iOS-based device with the Google\u2019s Android-based gadget.\u00a0In China, individuals mostly prefer purchasing a Huawei device than Samsung or Apple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3631\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1469001120775_3630\">While Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7-EDGE have outsold the Apple\u2019s iPhone 6S and 6S-Plus, there is a chance that the upcoming major device from the South Korean company will also surpass the next device from Apple.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The flagship devices Galaxy S7 and S7-EDGE from the world\u2019s largest smartphone manufacturer Samsung are sold in greater quantities than the Apple\u2019s iPhone 6S and 6S-Plus during a three-month period ending in May.
